Can I reschedule my carwash?
Yes You Can! The system is flexible and allows you to reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time. Please call 07967537693 to book another day. We would need at least 24hrs notice.
I’m i tied into a contract:
No! You can cancel your account at anytime.
Is my car cleaned on-site? Yes it is. Your car will be cleaned where it is parked so it is important to park your car in a suitable parking space. If you are scheduled to have a Full Valet service please leave your car keys at reception, otherwise be prepared to meet us in the car park.
What makes you Eco Friendly?
All our products are biodegradable.
Why do you run a membership scheme?
With K-wash Club, we know the total number of customers in advance and therefore we can provide the level of manpower needed. This way it is easier for us to plan ahead and focus on providing a high quality service.
Are my credit card details secure?
Yes they are! We do not keep nor do we have access to your credit card details. Your transaction is processed via an online merchant company called World Pay. For more information about payment please view our payment FaQ here
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your members area at the website and follow the cancellation procedure. No hidden charges.
Are you Insured?
We have Public Liability Insurance cover
What type of product do you use?
We use high quality eco-friendly car wash products including water based polish.
Can I register more than one car?
Yes you can. Click on ‘Add a new car’ in your members area and follow the instructions. However, you would need to pay for them separately .
I need an emergency car wash?
If you have already had a carwash this month and would like to book another one, you can do so via the emergency carwash section in your members area. Please note that you may be required to pay by cash.
I don’t need a carwash this month, do I get a refund?
No. However, if you give us enough notice we can arrange an extra carwash service for the following month.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
If you miss your appointment, you can always pick another day. However, we cannot guarantee a second appointment as there are limited contingency spaces available per month. It is your responsibility to make sure your car is available.
