We want you to feel confident that your payment information is kept secure and that you don't feel like you are signing up to anything you are not 100% sure about, so we put together this FaQ about the membership payment.

What's the sign up process?

Once you have filled in some details on our site you are sent to worldpays secure payment pages, here you enter your payment information including the credit or debit card you would like to be charged and that sets up your subscription, you are then sent back to our site and you can log in and set up your package.

Payment wise what exactly am i signing up to?

You are basically entering into an agreement with worldpay stating that your credit or debit card can be billed £10 on the first day of each month.

Can i cancel it?

Yes, when you sign up worldpay will give you a unique username and password that you can use to log into there system. From there you can view your payments and cancel the agreement meaning you will not be charged any more. There are no hidden charges.

Can you put this amount up without me knowing?

No, once you have signed up we cannot alter the payment amount or when you are charged in anyway.

What if a payment does not go through?

If a payment cant be made (i.e. card expired) you will be sent an email asking you to log in and change your card to a different one.
